Flush into support
In Bambu Studio, the profile 0.20mm Standard @BBL A1 sets it toYes
Use the mixed plastic from each color change to print the support, which goes in the trash anyway. On by default.
How it works
Support gets pulled off when the print is done, so its color doesn't matter. Printing it with the transition plastic saves tower, waste and time, at no cost.
Only in rare cases, with very different materials, can the support end up a bit weaker.
When to change it
- A multicolor dragon with supports under its wings: leave it on (default); the support gets thrown away and its color doesn't matter.
- The support has to be a specific material to come off cleanly (for example, support filament for PLA) and you don't want mixing: turn it off.

Watch out for

What Bambu Studio says
Purging after filament change will be done inside objects' support. This may lower the amount of waste and decrease the print time. It will not take effect, unless the prime tower is enabled.
