Center region radius
With conformal infill: the size of the center circle that gets filled with regular lines; the spokes go outside it. At 0, the slicer picks it.
How it works
Spokes get closer and closer together near the center, until they crowd up. To avoid that, the center area is filled with regular straight lines and the spokes start from this distance outward. At 0 the slicer picks the size; a number above 0 sets it in millimeters.
When to change it
- In the preview you see the spokes crowding at the center of a round lid or a knob: raise it to 5 or 10 mm.
- A large round part, like a lamp base, where you'd rather have fewer spokes and a wide center: 15 mm.
- The usual: 0.
Typical values
| Value | What for |
|---|---|
| 0 | Default; automaticdefault |
| 5 | Center with a 5 mm radius |
| 15 | Large center; fewer spokes |
Watch out for
- It only shows up when conformal infill is on.

What Bambu Studio says
Radius of the center region that uses ordinary rectilinear infill; outside this circle the infill stays radial. 0 chooses the radius automatically. A positive value is in millimeters.

Using another slicer? Look for the idea, not the name: in Orca Slicer almost everything has the same name; in PrusaSlicer or Cura it may be called something else, or not exist.
