Scarf around the entire loop
Stretches the scarf ramp over the whole loop instead of a few millimeters. It's rarely worth it.
How it works
Instead of a short ramp, the whole loop is printed as a gentle spiral: it starts low and ends high. It sounds nice, but it means the entire loop gets less plastic than normal.
With this turned on, “Scarf length” is ignored.
When to change it
- A small cup or a plain ring where you want to test whether the seam disappears completely: turn it on just to experiment. Bambu Lab advises caution.
- Any other print: leave it off.
Typical values
| Value | What for |
|---|---|
| No | Default; short rampdefault |
| Yes | Whole loop as a ramp |
Watch out for
- With less plastic along the whole loop, lines may not bond well and the surface can show defects.
