Scarf on inner walls
Applies the scarf seam to the inner loops too, not just the outer one.
How it works
Inner walls are hidden, but their seam is a weak spot and a small bump that can push the outer wall outward. With a scarf, the inner joint ends up stronger and flatter.
It comes turned on from the factory.
When to change it
- A bracket or a functional part you want to be strong: leave it on; the inner joints are firmer and the seam doesn't show through to the outside.
- A part with many walls (5 or 6) where you want to save time: turn it off.
Typical values

| No | Scarf only on the outer wall |
Watch out for
- The extra time the scarf takes is multiplied by the number of walls.
