Interlocking beam width
How wide the interlocking beams are. Thin ones break; wide ones show when they reach the surface.
How it works
Each beam is a small block of one material that goes into the other. At 0.8 mm (two line widths) it holds well without bulking up.
Wider gives a stronger bond, but more visible teeth.
When to change it
- To start: 0.8 mm (default).
- The TPU-on-PLA wheel still comes apart: 1.2 mm.
- Small parts or fine details, where the border is narrow: 0.5 mm.
Typical values

| 1.2 mm | Stronger |
| 0.5 mm | Small details |
Watch out for
- Only works with “Use beam interlocking” turned on.
