Number the G-code lines
Put a number (N…) at the start of every line of the print file. Only some older programs need it; most current printers (Bambu ones among them) don't.
How it works
G-code is the text file with the printer's instructions, one per line. Some firmwares or sending programs check the line numbers to catch lost lines. Bambu printers don't use them.
On them, it only makes the file bigger.
When to change it
- If you don't know whether your printer uses them: off (default).
- You're going to print the file on another printer whose sending program asks for numbered G-code: turn it on.
